On Saturday, October 2, 2021, SIT - Study Abroad students from the School for International Training - came to visit from Ísafjörður to take a look at the new TextileLab. The program "Iceland and Greenland: Climate Change and the Arctic", led by Daniel Govoni (far left), is field based, semester long and taught on a bachelor level in collaboration with the University Center of the Westfjords. The program begins with coursework and training and finishes with the students doing five-week independent projects. Picture: Textile Center.
